Hey Phil, can’t believe there have been no comments on your interview with Chad. Just finished listening to it for the second time. Lots of good points. Business owners would be well served to spend 30 minutes listening.
Some of my favorites that keep me thinking:
1. Measure your “days to cash”
2. Don’t ask “how do I minimize taxes” instead ask “how do I maximize wealth”
3. The Business Owner’s Scorecard Pyramid also sounds intriguing
